System is a complete screeded flooring solution combining 3 key components; our own Finnjoist (FJI), a unique acoustic flooring board and gyvlon screed from Lafarge Gyvlon.
A unique acoustic flooring solution and the only system of its kind to have achieved Robust Detail, E-FT-4. Its modular nature offers multiple benefits to the housebuilder and developer, reducing build times, simplifying site ligistics and enhancing the overall sales appeal of the finished product.
